BIG Brother contestants will be able to enjoy a "caravan of lust" when the new series kicks off at the end of the month.
The van is being towed on to the set, supposedly to be used as an outside "jail" for housemates who fail tasks.
But show insiders are predicting it will be used instead for romps away from the main house.
A production insider said: "The Romany caravan will be portrayed as a punishment. But the bosses know that in reality it will provide a perfect opportunity for housemates to get a bit of privacy. So they hope it will provoke some romance."
Last year's show saw sparks fly when the winner, Tourette's sufferer Pete Bennett, had a fling with fellow contestant Nikki Grahame.
This year's show begins on Channel 4 on June 1 and will last three months.
It has been renamed Big Brother: The Battle and will have a Heaven and Hell theme - Heaven being the luxury house and Hell the caravan. The source added: "Heaven and Hell will be within spitting distance of each other. Those taking part will literally see how the other half live.
"Some housemates will live like kings, but the other half will be stuck outside come rain or shine."
Another surprise will be a secret garden. A camouflaged door leading to the concealed annexe will be built into the garden wall.
The first housemate to find a hidden button and press it will be spun 180 degrees into the secret area on the BB compound at Elstree studio, Herts.
The on-set source added: "Housemates who are inquisitive will find some of BB's hidden surprises.
"But there's no guarantee they will like what they find."
Bosses are also planning hidden rooms and oppressive decor to add to the tension.
And producers are said to be already spying on contestants to make sure they can cope with being on the show.
